Waste gas is collected through sealed pipes and treated in an absorption tower, with treated gas discharged at high altitudes.
Wastewater Treatment:
The comprehensive sewage treatment plant, at the size of 11.5 acres, is capable of handling 700,000 tons of wastewater annually, using advanced ABR&SBR complex biological treatments to ensure safe discharge.
Solid Waste Disposal:
The solid waste incineration station covers 2.2 acres, treating 4,500 tons per year using a high-temperature rotary kiln, with residuals managed by certified organizations.
Safety Assurance
Actively implements an advanced, safe process flow and automated control through the DCS system with comprehensive safety instruments (SIS) and a sound safety management system.
